A friend who once had a Beverly Hills, California plastic surgery told me about this place. Octane used to be a disco pub few years back. But now, they have converted it into a restobar with a little classy ambiance. The resto offers FREE WiFi for those guests who have their own laptop and WiFi enabled mobile phones. It’s located at Villa Abrille, right below the Regency Inn building.
